I believe sport is one of the most honest tools we have to know ourselves, challenge our limits, and evolve as human beings. That belief is the foundation of what I do.
What makes the different goes beyond the credentials I got. It's my belief that cycling can make you feel more alive, to connect deeper with yourself to be happier, healthier, to evolve.
My vision combines structured, data base training, my experience at World Tour Level and an holistic vision of you as human. Once you book your plan, you will add me as your coach on Training Peaks and your data and information will be collected.

Common Questions

A power meter is required or desired for the Advance and Pro plans, as both use TrainingPeaks and WKO data analysis for precise training load management. For the Essential plan, a power meter is a plus but not mandatory. If you are unsure, ask Luli on the free call.

All coaching plans use TrainingPeaks as the primary training platform. Once you book your plan, you add Luli as your coach, your data is connected, and all your sessions appear in the app each day.

Yes. The same structured approach that works for competitive cyclists works for any goal on a bike. Whether you want to complete a sportive, get healthier, ride more comfortably, or simply enjoy cycling more, the plan is built around your life, not a race calendar.

Yes. If your goals change or you want to step up to a more comprehensive plan, just get in touch and we will make the switch at the start of the next month.

Available in the Pro plan, the nutrition plan is personalised and adjusted for different training days, race days, and recovery days. It is delivered as a PDF and updated as your training progresses.

It is a 20-minute video call with Luli, completely free . She gets to understand your goals, your current level, and your life outside cycling. Then she recommends the right plan or answers any questions you have. You can book it via WhatsApp.
